HDPE – or 300 Grade High Density Polyethylene – can be cut and formed to suit any client needs, whether large or small. HDPE’s versatility allows us to engineer recessed access panels for protection, integrated handles to maintain the unit footprint and feet/slots to permit common stacking. HDPE offers many advantages: it’s non-conductive, robust, strong, durable, impact resistant, water and dust ingress proof (Compliant with Ingress Protection BS EN 60529), UV resistant, oil and corrosion resistant. Due to HDPE’s inherent strength, it allows us to maximise the amount of products within the unit. Because of this increased weight, we mount the unit within a stainless steel crash frame. This adds to its robustness and allows it to be lifted by both crane and forklift.
Polyethylene is such an ideal product for electrical distribution and event industry that we maintain a large number of units within our own rental fleet.
